While maintaining the grape's distinctive freshness and vivid acidity, this little aging adds modest structure and complexity. With vibrant stone fruit, a hint of savory depth, and a crisp, saline finish, the result is a zesty, citrus-driven white that goes well with freshly shucked oysters.
