Origin of Now Chardonnay 750mL

Description

A sympathetic traditional approach has been taken to create this excellent Margaret River chardonnay. It’s pressed straight to oak where full solids and indigenous fermentation build palate complexity. A small amount of partial malolactic fermentation has added further richness to the palate. Has a fine pear and light grapefruit edge on the nose with a delicate yet penetrating palate. The fine chalky acidity sustains the long precise finish.
